The forum: one place for every doubt

WalexLabs· 2026-10-17

Press play (sound on, same beat as last time), or read on for the same tour in words. The thread in the video is an example, made up to show how it works.

The idea is simple: no question is silly. The forum is meant to be the one spot for all your doubts, not only the academic ones. A topic from a lecture, which documents you need for the permesso, how an exam sign-up works, where students find a room in Ancona: if you were about to type it into three group chats, ask it here instead.

How it works

  • Pick a username and stay anonymous. That is the only name other members see, with a neutral badge. Your real name and email stay private and are visible only to the WalexLabs team, so we can step in if someone misbehaves.
  • Ask your question. Give it a clear title, add the details, and if it is about a course, link the subject so it also shows up on that subject's page.
  • Search before you ask. Someone may have already asked it. You can search the questions and filter by subject, or tick Unanswered only to find the questions that still need a hand.
  • Reply and like. Answer in chat-style bubbles and like the replies that helped.
  • Mark what worked. If you asked, you can mark the reply that solved it with This answered it. It gets a ✓ Answer label and moves to the top, so the next student finds it fast.
  • Get a note when someone answers. The bell in the header shows your unread replies. They are in-app notes only (no emails), and you can mark them all as read in one tap.

Be kind, keep it useful

Politics stay out and kindness stays in. The short version of the rules is on the community guidelines, and exactly what we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
