In short

  • This is a place for study and student-life questions. Let's keep it kind and useful.
  • You're known here by your username, no real names needed.
  • See something off? Tap Report and we'll take a look.

What this place is for

Late-night confusion, exam panic, "is this obvious?" questions: the forum exists for study and student-life doubts, and that's all.

To keep it that way, we ask that politics and political topics stay out of it. We respect every opinion and everyone's freedom to express it. We simply ask you to share those views in the proper places elsewhere. A post that drifts off topic may be hidden.

Be kind

Disagree with ideas, never with people. No bullying, harassment, hate or threats. We all started somewhere, and nobody should feel silly for asking.

Keep it useful and safe

  • No spam or ads.
  • If a reply solves your question, tap "This answered it" so the next student finds it fast.
  • Please don't post anything that could identify a real patient.
  • Don't share other people's private details.
  • This is students helping students, not medical advice for real health problems. For those, please see a real doctor.

Usernames

Pick something friendly. No real names needed, nothing offensive, and no pretending to be someone else or the team. You can change it once every 30 days. We use a word filter as a first check, and our username filter uses word lists by LDNOOBW contributors (CC BY 4.0).

Reporting

Every post has a Report option. Tell us briefly what's wrong and we'll take a look. When something is reported, we keep a copy of the post so we can handle it fairly.

What happens if something goes wrong

We may hide a post, ask you to pick a new username, or, for serious or repeated problems, remove an account. We're a small student team, so we try to be fair and to explain what happened.

Think we got it wrong? Write to hello@walexlabs.com and we'll listen.
